The project seeks to address the growing demand for programming skills in the job market and the gender gap in tech-related professions. It aligns with EU initiatives to enhance digital competences and supports the Digital Education Action Plan and Digital Europe agenda. By developing the "Coding Kids!" app for children aged 5-12, the project aims to improve digital literacy and bridge the gender gap in STEM fields.

Participating organizations, such as CMP, Varpelis kindergarten, and RITE, have specific needs aligned with the project's goals, ranging from the development of pedagogical tools to the innovation of early childhood education with digital resources. Transnational collaboration benefits from diverse perspectives, sharing good practices, and strengthening local and international networks.

The project's tangible outcome, the "Coding Kids!" app is a free educational resource accessible in multiple languages, benefiting organizations across Europe and beyond.
